Wayne County prosecutor refused to prosecute a man making a facebook post stating “If these racist ass white cops want to PURGE on Black Lives!!! Then let’s PURGE on these racist ass white cops!!!" The State Attorney picked up the case. The guy was in Puerto Rico when he made the Facebook post.
