[Video] Kid and friend try to buy a lighter at a store and clerk keeps friends DL and calls police. Kid says he called the clerk an asshole. Cops detain both of them but threaten kid filming with jail because he is recording them. Release 2 hours later to his parents with no charges. 1/12/17
