In 1991 a 14-year-old escaped from serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer's home naked, bleeding from the rectum and in a drug and brain injury induced stupor. Despite the begging of good samaritans, officers John Balcerzac and Joseph Gabrish returned the boy to Dahmer's home, where he was raped and murdered.
