Moderators, why are you sabotaging BCND and lying to us about it?

This reddit has gone to shit. It's been 3 years since a new mod was added and now there is only one active mod who keeps telling us there isn't a problem. We can see that in today's 'new' tab. This is a task that would be done hourly any any decent subreddit.It can take many hours to get a response when we send a request for anything, like to get a post out of the spam queue.When we ask why he won't add a mod we are told that all redditors are either power hungry or not a good enough 'fit'.Meanwhile over in r/drama where he is top mod annarchist has added 20 moderators in the last year. That sub has half the subscribers of this one.At the same time he was telling us there is no need for mods in BCND, in r/drama he offered to make anyone a mod if they would get any other subreddit to ban CNN. He modded two users who did, though he says he modded more.After his response to my last post asking for help, I took a look at how he moderates his other 100 subreddits. I took these screenshots then but he has since removed and then re-added the mods so they all appear to have been mods for only two days. Now I want to know wtf is going on and what is he using this subreddit for?
