A jury failed to convict Jonathan Aledda, a Miami officer who shot a black behavioral therapist, Charles Kinsey. Jury foreperson shook Aledda's hand afterward, "I'm sorry we were unable to clear you," he told the officer, a 5-1 vote to acquit of everything.
