A cop was recorded harassing black LSU players in their locker room immediately after they won the National Championship, threatening to arrest them. NFL Wide Receiver Odell Beckham Jr. slapped the officer on the butt to get him to lighten up. An arrest warrant has now been issued against Beckham.
