Cop Crisis: This is Daniel Shaver, who was murdered by Officer Philip Brailsford on January 18th, 2016 while unarmed and in his pajamas, face down on the ground. Brailsford was acquitted of all charges, reinstated with the PD, and given early reitrement for the "PTSD" he suffered from the event.
