Oregon State Police refused to wear masks while patronizing a coffee shop, despite statewide mandatory order. After being asked to wear a mask, one trooper allegedly said "Governor Brown has no authority to take our civil liberties. We aren’t going to wear masks... Fuck Kate Brown."
