On September 2, 2005, Henry Glover went to a strip mall to get baby clothing. NOPD Police Officer David Warren shot Glover from a second-story balcony, from where Warren had been guarding a detective bureau office. Glover's charred body was later found in a destroyed car parked next to a levee
