Cop spraying DNC protestors with OC spray through a fence.

Picture hereText post because imgur is spam/eyeroll. There's not a lot of info to go on, hopefully more will come out. I can't think of a single reason for this to be ok. Even if the protestor spit on the cop (total hypothetical) the OC spray is simply punishment and not helping effect an arrest because the cop isn't coming through the fence.
