Appeals Court upholds conviction of Kentucky deputy who tased and arrested a man in his home for telling him to fuck off, then jailed him for two weeks

Guy came home to cop car in his parking spot and asked the cop to move it. When the cop told him he would move his car when he was ready, he told the cop to fuck off and went into his trailer. Cop knocked on his door and told him to come out but he refused and told the cop to get a warrant.Cop said he didn't need a warrant, went inside the home, pulled the guy outside then tased him into submission. He was kept in jail for two weeks because of fleeing and resisting charges, which were later dropped without his being notified. The Sixth Circuit ruling (pdf): USA v. MATTHEW B.
