[9/7/19]AL-Cops in my county shoot a dog, tell the kids who saw it that it was their fault, and refuse to speak with the parents on the phone about the situation. Oh, and they were only at the house to serve a warrant on a guy they had ALREADY ARRESTED and was still sitting in jail.
