[Request] I can't find a video I just saw a few days ago where a cop asks if he tase a person detained on the ground.

Trying to show someone it on r/news. The cop walks up to another one that has handcuffed a person and that person is on the ground. Cop 2 asks if the guy was tased and then asks if there's time to tase him.Thanks
